Transfer pricing: Let’s prepare for large-scale changes
1 January 2012 sees the entry into force of Federal Law No. 227-FZ dated 18 July 2001 On amending particular items of Russian legislation in association with improving the principles of defining prices for taxation purposes.
Companies will find assistance in adapting their business processes to the radically new rules of tax control over transfer pricing by taking part in the conference Transfer pricing: Let’s prepare for large scale changes, which will be held by The Moscow Times newspaper together with law firm Pepeliaev Group. During the event, the main amendments to tax legislation will be presented in a well-structured manner, complex issues examined and specific recommendations given.
Speaking at the conference will be experts who were involved in drafting the law, attorneys with extensive experience of successfully handling disputes with regard to the application of article 40 of the Russian Tax Code, and foreign specialists.
