Formalising contractual relationships with sales outlets concerning the marketing of products
Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers have developed several options of formalising contractual relationships with sales outlets aimed at marketing the company’s products if there are no supplier-recipient relationships for such products. In addition, our lawyers participated in the drafting of contracts and formats confirming the performance of contracts from the standpoint of the tax risks and provided tax support for the regular updating and revision of such contracts taking into account the changes in the business and market conditions.
