Provided legal assistance during the construction of a sea port in the Far East. Provided legal assistance during the construction of a sea port in the Far East. This included drafting a memo for the Korean Government regarding specific aspects of the regulation governing how a sea port in the Far East should be constructed, based on an analysis of the corporate, tax and construction aspects of the project.
