Organised a joint venture for construction of a multi-purpose business centre in Moscow Region with a total area of 40 000 square meters. Structured and provided full legal support for large-scale transactions that involved shares of a project company being sold and a joint venture being established.

Contractual work
Advised an international FMCG company on planning and holding a major advertising campaign. We drafted a number of agreements dealing with famous ice-hockey players taking part in the advertising campaign.
Legal support during inspections conducted by state authorities
Prepared a list of audits conducted by state and municipal authorities during the Olympic Games in Sochi, including an analysis of possible legislative prohibitions on advertising during the competitions. We also advised on the legal aspects of purchasing tickets for the event.
Transaction structuring
Divestment of its shareholding in Commercial Bank UNIFIN. Structuring a transaction on sale of a majority stake in the bank by UFG to the group of private investors.
