Anatoly has been specialising in corporate and civil law for 14 years.

He advises clients on general matters of corporate law, including: creating, reorganising and liquidating entities of various legal forms; setting up and supporting the activities of joint ventures and representative offices of foreign companies in Russia; and advising on corporate governance and other aspects of corporate law.

His main achievements

Anatoly’s expertise includes performing due diligence, providing legal support to settle a corporate dispute concerning foreign assets of a major Russian bank, handling issues of land law, and working with loan and security documentation.

Projects include:

• successfully representing a foreign company acquiring a controlling interest in a Russian pharmaceutical company;

• providing legal support to a client for setting up a major Russian credit rating agency;

• successfully representing a client during a mixed reorganisation.
