Evgeny specialises in tax law and tax compliance. He has more than 15 years of professional experience which includes: providing support during pre-audit analysis and tax audits, and representing companies at the pre-trial stage of tax disputes; providing advice on tax law matters (tax planning, tax structuring, using tax benefits and so on); providing advice on tax compliance matters (including setting up the system of tax control); providing support when companies were switching to tax monitoring; providing legal support during tax audits; and representing companies before courts in tax litigations. Evgeny has been involved in many projects in different business sectors: IT, telecommunications, media, banking, insurance, oil and gas, fertiliser manufacturing, coal production, tobacco products, power industry and so on. Evgeny has a status of attorney-at-law. He has an additional degree in risk management.
