What he specialises in

Petr primarily provides services in the field of tax services, including both advisory services and litigation. His professional experience extends beyond tax projects to include work in various fields of public law and in the area of civil law. Moreover, one of Petr's key skills when working on projects is analysing how various branches of legislation relate to one another.

His main achievements

Petr's advisory projects have included: reviewing contract terms and business structures in terms of the tax and other potential risks, then developing conditions allowing those risks to be reduced; and identifying potential future risks that have not yet become widespread in administrative or judicial decisions but may arise in the future, then finding legal ways to avoid them.

His professional experience includes projects to provide support during tax audits and to handle tax disputes on behalf of manufacturers, retailers and infrastructure companies in the energy, telecom, space systems, banking and financial leasing industries.

Petr graduated with distinction from the law faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2005. He has been working at Pepeliaev Group for more than 20 years.
