Petr specialises in tax services, including both advisory services and litigation. Petr's professional experience includes projects in other branches of public law and in the area of civil law. Moreover, Petr's key qualification when working on projects is analysing the correlation between different branches of legislation.

His main achievements

Petr's advisory projects have included analysing the terms and conditions of contracts and structures according to which business is organised, with a view to identify tax and other risks and to work out in what conditions these risks can be mitigated. Petr also identifies risks that have not become common in administrative and judicial practice, but may arise in future; he seeks out lawful methods to guard against such risks.

Petr's professional experience includes projects to provide support during tax audits and to handle tax disputes on behalf of manufacturers, retailers and infrastructure companies in the energy, telecom, space systems, banking and financial leasing industries.

Petr graduated with honours from the law faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2005. He has been working at Pepeliaev Group for more than 20 years.
