She provides legal support to clients who are involved in a conflict that needs to be resolved in court or are facing the threat of such a conflict arising.

Her main achievements
Olga’s professional experience spans more than 12 years and includes the following major projects:
- successfully defended ownership rights to a factory belonging to Russia’s largest automobile manufacturing company in relation to claims brought by a contractor and its creditors. She won around ten different cases in court, ranging from challenges to transactions to having a lack of ownership rights acknowledged;
- successfully represented an investor before the court in a dispute with the Federal Agency for State Property Management (in Russian, Rosimushchestvo) regarding ownership rights to a mansion in the centre of Moscow;
- has advised various clients and drawn up legal positions in cases brought by the prosecutor’s office concerning what is known as “deprivatisation”;
- represented a major restaurant chain in disputes with landlords seeking to have lease agreements terminated in connection with the client’s rebranding;
- represented a French global sports goods company in a case concerning the recovery of a contractual penalty under a lease agreement after a store in a shopping centre closed;
- advised an oil production company on matters relating to the acquisition of assets of an oil refinery during its bankruptcy;
- advised the owner of a 19th-century manor house on how to preserve ownership rights to a cultural heritage site;
- successfully represented a senior manager of a state corporation in bankruptcy proceedings in a dispute with the Deposit Insurance Agency regarding the client’s alleged secondary liability;
- took part in preparing an expert opinion for an investment project that involved constructing a gas pipeline;
- advised a client within the framework of an investment project for the development of an oil field;
- successfully defended the owner of a health complex in a case brought by the prosecutor challenging sale and purchase agreements for land plots;
- successfully represented a pledgee of leasehold rights to a land plot in a bankruptcy case of a contractor, in a dispute where it was sought have the pledge agreement and the client’s sale of the pledged asset invalidated;
- defended a shareholder in a group of medical companies in a corporate conflict, which including providing representation in various disputes, as well as devising a mechanism to restore corporate control over part of the business and the structure for the transactions to settle the conflict amicably;
- successfully represented a former owner of an investment company in a claim to recover over USD 30 million for the company’s failure to meet its obligations to creditors;
- participated in a large-scale project to settle claims from various parties concerning the spoiling of a substantial volume of oil.
Olga has been acclaimed in the Pravo-300 ranking: in 2024, in the individual ranking in the Arbitration Proceedings: Commercial and Corporate Disputes category; and in 2022–2023, in the Arbitration Proceedings category, Group 2.
In addition, she was listed in the Rossiyskaya Gazeta ranking for 2023 in the categories Litigation (General Jurisdiction), Group 2, and Arbitration Proceedings, Group 3.
