As we promised in the previous issue, we are starting to follow the evolution of an investment project involving enthusiastic investors from Russia, Kazakhstan and Finland. They are ready to build a plant to produce a special nano-bitumen in order to manufacture elastic, ultra-strong asphalt designed to tackle that age-old scourge of this country: its roads.
