Download PDF According to Federal Law No. 116-FZ dated 5 May 2014 «On amending certain items of Russian legislation», so-called ‘agency labour’ is banned starting from 1 January 2016. In connection with the above ban becoming effective, it has been virtually outlawed to use all the tools for providing personnel which used to be common, except for a very limited number of cases.
