Alexander Kosov spoke at the meeting of the Customs and Transportation Committee of AmCham Russia

Alexander Kosov, a partner at Pepeliaev Group, participated in the meeting of the Customs and Transportation Committee devoted to the topic “Including dividends and royalties in the customs value”. The event, which was organised by the American Chamber of Commerce, was held on 15 July 2025.

During the meeting, speakers discussed topical issues of how the customs value of imported goods is determined. Alexander Kosov spoke on the topic: “Court and administrative practice on how dividends are included in the customs value of imported goods”.

The meeting highlighted how important a dialogue is between delegates from the Eurasian Economic Commission and the AmCham Russia, which represents the interests of the biggest business associations with Russian and foreign participation that are continuing to do business in Russia.
