Alexander Kuznetsov has specialised for more than 25 years in representing clients in tax disputes before commercial courts. His professional experience includes being involved in more than 200 court proceedings across various regions of Russia, including cases heard by the highest courts. Alexander has deep expertise in applying legislation on taxes and levies, as well as substantial experience in resolving disputes pre-trial and advising on matters of tax regulation.

Evgeny Leonov specialises in tax law and tax compliance. For more than 15 years, he has advised clients during tax audits and pre-audit analysis, counselling them on tax planning and structuring as well as on how to develop internal tax control systems, while also representing clients in court. His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including IT, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing and energy.

Ekaterina Pugachenko has been providing legal support to clients on matters relating to real estate and land assets for more than 10 years. She advises on major development and investment projects as well as on commercial real estate transactions. Moreover, she conducts legal due diligence of assets, and helps clients to minimise legal risks at every stage of implementing projects.
