Representing a client accused of having entered into a cartel agreement: the court has ruled in our favour

As part of the project, Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers provided the following services to the client: devised a case strategy, developed the client’s case, gathered evidence, interacted with economic advisers and other participants in the case, and represented the client through all stages - before the client was held administratively liable, while the administrative proceedings were ongoing against it, and in court. The decision of the court of cassation was handed down in favour of our client and the court refused to refer the appeal was to the Judicial Panel of the Russian Supreme Court.
