Successfully representing a large pharmaceutical company before the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service

Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers successfully represented one of the largest Russian pharmaceutical companies before the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service in connection with procurement documentation being contested. This related to a tender in the framework of the National Immunisation Calendar, with a total value of over RUB 2 billion. The project is connected with one of the largest procurements under the National Immunisation Calendar in 2016. Additionally, from the legal standpoint, it is interesting how this case advances case law with respect to the application of Law No. 223-FZ.
