Pepeliaev Group's lawyers provided complete legal support to a world leader in the production of industrial equipment at all stages of the audit by the Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (the “FAS”) including submitting all the required documents requested by the FAS, and preparing objections. Simultaneously we represented the client in the context of dealing with the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and provided comprehensive support when applications and other documents were prepared to be filed with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). We conducted an analysis, in order to submit its results to the EAEU, of competition in cross-border markets of goods produced by the client. This was one of the first cases considered through conciliation procedures of the EEC.
