Participating in the development of an order of the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks ("Rospatent") on behalf of FIFA

Pepeliaev Group's lawyers on behalf of FIFA participated in the development of an order of the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property, Patents and Trademarks ("Rospatent") aimed at ensuring a streamlined procedure for the registration of FIFA’s trademarks and licences. Afterwards, our experts provided support while the order was agreed with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development. As a result, the order was successfully registered with the Russian Ministry of Justice and is already being applied in practice.
