Provided legal support to Zarubezhneft-Dobycha-Kharyaga LLC concerning a broad range of matters connected with the functions of the Kharyaga oil field operator being transferred from Total to Zarubezhneft. As a result of this transaction, the Russian company became the operator of the project for the development of one of the largest and most promising oilfields in the Nenets Autonomous District.
