Successfully represented the client in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry

Our firm successfully represented the client in the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICAC) in a dispute with a contracting party. The client sought for debt to be recovered under a contract to supply equipment, including interest charged for late payment. We also provided support when the ICAC's decision was recognised and enforced in the Republic of Belarus, as well as during the enforcement proceedings initiated against the debtor.
