Provided full-fledged legal support under the Shtokmanovskoye (Shtokman) gas and condensate field project. Reviewed and drafted EPC contracts; advised on legislative amendments; advised on different land categories, on construction and on regulation, including on the construction of the whole infrastructure for the purposes of the project; obtained rights to develop land plots and construct the offshore part for the project. Advised on various environmental issues relating to the project, including on environmental liability.
