Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers advised one of the largest Russian oil companies on a variety of matters arising with regard to the potential forming and restructuring of arrangements relating to financing and facilitating the construction of an offshore oil-field plant. The project tasks included an analysis of the unfulfilled obligations relating to providing financing and collateral; developing and agreeing the position of the contractor and other banks; and drafting the restructuring agreements.
