Performing due diligence on three companies on behalf of the investment department of a large Russian bank

The group companies are in the business of the repair and after-sales maintenance of cars using a self-developed hi-tech information platform with the licence to such platform owned by the independent third party companies which also provide vehicle repair and post-sale maintenance services. Apart from handling standard corporate and commercial legal matters, work on the project required extensive knowledge in the fields of IP and IT in order to identify the owner of the said IT platform and also whether relations with the franchisee had been established properly.
