Biotech startups

For several years, Pepeliaev Group’s experts have successfully supported the activities of two biotech startups created by foreign investors together with one of the Russian development institutes. The tasks completed include the following: ensuring that all agreed corporate governance procedures are implemented properly; devising a number of internal documents of the company; advising on the import of chemical agents, the pre-clinical and clinical trials, the transfer of foreign technologies, obtaining grants as well as on complex budgetary and legal aspects of performing and terminating state contracts.
