Changes in the distribution model in Russia

Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers have advised a major international manufacturer of homoeopathic medicines on issues relating to a change in the distribution model in Russia (transition to the direct distribution of the products by a Russian subsidiary of the foreign manufacturer). Our legal support included devising an import model for the initial stock of the products, drafting the necessary contracts, supporting the implementation of the mandatory system for assigning serial numbers to the medicines, assessing the customs, civil law and other risks.
