Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers analysed our client's risk zones and internal policies, and drafted recommendations to preclude fraudulent and corrupt practices and other bad-faith actions by 'white collar' employees. The recommendations featured changes being introduced to the existing policies, new policies being drafted, and practices in the sphere of employment relations being changed.
