Audit of the anti-corruption compliance system in a subsidiary of a major international organiser of exhibitions

Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers conducted an audit of the anti-corruption compliance system in a state corporation, in a subsidiary of a major international organiser of exhibitions, as well as an international agricultural producer. Within the framework of the project, our lawyers assessed compliance with legislative requirements and the best anti-corruption standards, and prepared recommendations to improve the company's anti-corruption policy.
