Legal support for an investment project of a major Korean company

Performed work in connection with the implementation of an investment project of a major foreign client in a Priority Development Area (PDA): preparation of a report on the possibility of implementing a project in the PDA on the basis of the Russian legislation, analysis of relevant laws and systems for the construction of facilities within the project, and analysis of a business structure, such as a public-private partnership in the case of foreign investments.
