Conducted due diligence of three major Russian companies with foreign investments in order to prepare a report on risks and important issues for a possible transaction involving the purchase of them.
- Performed due diligence of Russian contractors that were fuel suppliers for a foreign client, including a search for Russian fuel suppliers and conducting preliminary negotiations with them.

Conducted due diligence of two land plots and two buildings. Drew up an opinion on legal risks indicating whether it was possible to mitigate/eliminate them. We carried out personal inspection of facilities and compiled a list of the necessary documents from the owner, then conducted an analysis of the submitted documents for compliance with the current legislation.
