The
State Duma is considering amendments to raise fines for white-collar crimes;
prosecutors toughen oversight in relation to compliance with counter-sanctions
restrictions.
Amendments
have been made to extend counter-sanctions measures, and the rules have been
adjusted for companies to be included in the list of economically significant
enterprises (ESEs).
The
authorities have extended the opportunity to enter into agreements to restrict
prices and are planning to extend some special powers of the Bank of Russia.
A new procedure has been devised of how export/import licences be issued using
the “One Window” system; the term has been extended of restrictions on
exporting some goods from Russia; the frequency of preventive visits has been
set.
Prohibitions
and restrictions relating to the import/export of goods have been extended;
amendments have been devised to the procedure of labelling certain commodity
groups relating to the new procedure of monitoring of manufacturers.
The
rules of the national procurement regime have been adjusted; the authorities
intend to increase liability for illegal currency transactions and establish
the frequency of preventive visits.
The
simplified procedure for certifying goods has been extended; the details have
been approved of how the fee should be paid for advertising on the Internet;
store shelves displaying Russian non-food goods may appear in Russia.

extended.
