Aidar has been specialising in civil law and dispute resolution for over 30 years.
He has vast experience in providing legal support within a major company including representing it before the Presidium of the Russian Supreme Court, the Presidium of the Russian Supreme State Commercial Court and the Russian Constitutional Court. Aidar is experienced in resolving complicated issues where procedural, civil and antitrust legislation is applied.
Applications which Aidar had prepared to the Russian Constitutional Court had a major effect on the improvement of Russian legislation and the removal of unconstitutional provisions from the field of Russian law.
In the Russian Constitutional Court, he won four cases in which he represented not only Nizhnekamskneftekhim but also the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Aidar is actively involved in academic work: he has published more than 360 academic and practical articles in different major Russian legal publications and journals; he is an arbitrator of the Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs and the chairman of the State Examination Commission at Kazan Federal University. He is among the most frequently quoted experts in procedural law in Russia.
