Evgeny Mushta, a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice, has been appointed to the position of Counsel at the firm.
For more than 20 years, Evgeny has specialised in commercial and antitrust law, as well as in matters relating to the application of legislation on the state regulation of trading activities and the resolution of commercial disputes.
He has extensive experience in providing support for contractual relationships, advising on the performance and termination of contracts, and handling complex commercial and antitrust disputes. Evgeny also works actively with Chinese companies, advising them on doing business in Russia and supporting joint projects involving Russian and Chinese partners. This experience assists the the firm in strengthening its international expertise and further developing its China-related practice.
In his new role, Evgeny will continue to take the firm’s commercial and antitrust law practice forward, providing clients with strategic support and comprehensive solutions to key business issues.
