On 26 April, Valentina V. Orlova, Head of the IP and Trademarks Practice at Pepeliaev Group, held a seminar at Consultant Plus's Corporate University. The seminar was dedicated to “Topical practical issues in the area of IP”.

Sergey Pepeliaev, Pepeliaev Group's Managing Partner, has been awarded the F.N. Plevako golden medal “For professional excellence and accomplishments in safeguarding the rights and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities”. The award was presented on 26 April 2018 during the XVIII official ceremony for presenting the highest awards named after F.N. Plevako to attorneys based on the results of 2016-2017.

Pepeliaev Group supported the summit “Investments into Europe”, which was held on 19-20 April in Shanghai. This annual event traditionally attracts prominent members of the Chinese business community. Companies that took part in the summit included: Fosun Group, PengXin Capital, Sinochem International Corporation, Geely, Arcplus Group PLC, Midea Group and many other leaders in various branches of the Chinese economy.

Sergey Sosnovsky, Head of the Tax Practice in Pepeliaev Group's St Petersburg Office, was announced as a new partner of the firm at the regular partners’ meeting.
