Pepeliaev Group has been included in the rating of tax monitoring methodologists for the first time

Pepeliaev Group has been ranked 8th in the top ten methodologists in the field of tax monitoring for 2023. The research was conducted by the analytical group of the project IaasSaaSPaaS.ru, which specialises in reviewing cloud services.

Pepeliaev Group has, for several years already, been providing legal support to companies when they enter into tax monitoring. Our tasks include: conducting due diligence of a company in terms of its readiness to enter into tax monitoring; providing legal support when a company enters into tax monitoring; setting up a system of risk management and internal control; providing assistance with obtaining grounded opinions, and interacting with a tax authority. Where tasks involve automation, these are implemented together with our technological partners.

In analysing questionnaires of the nominees, researchers took into account the criteria that characterise the types of the services that are provided, the types of work that is performed and other relevant criteria.

A total of 21 companies that provide services relating to entering into tax monitoring have been included in the rating.
