Her key achievements
Defended the Interests of PJSC T Plus in the Russian Constitutional Court
The ruling that was adopted led to amendments being introduced to the Law on Bankruptcy. This made it possible to secure priority for utilities providers and other companies in bankruptcy cases in situations that involve preventing disasters and the loss of human life.
Challenged a Transaction
Defended a company in court in a bankruptcy case, which prevented a property management agreement from being declared invalid and prevented the controlling persons from having secondary liability amounting to RUB 7.8 billion imposed.
Challenged a Transaction Worth More Than RUB 6 billion
In the bankruptcy of a credit institution, we defended payments totalling more than RUB 6 billion made in favour of our client by way of performing obligations under a margin lending agreement. Of particular significance was that foreign regulations were applied to govern a legal relationship involving collateral.
A Crisis Management Plan and Liquidation
Devised a crisis management plan under conditions where the economic environment and sanctions were changing abruptly. This prevented a major foreign manufacturer of household chemicals from going bankrupt. Then successfully implemented its voluntary liquidation.
Provided Advice and Handled Risk Management
In 2024-2025, as a result of consulting projects, we averted risks pertaining to foreign subsidiary companies of 12 large corporations losing assets valued at approximately RUB 60 billion roubles. In four cases, it was possible to secure a change in the rigid stance of the foreign owners, with them abandoning measures aimed at complying with sanctions.
A Set of Bankruptcy Disputes
Successfully defended an IT company and companies from its group in 9 disputes within the bankruptcy case of a former subsidiary. Preserved over RUB 8 billion in assets for the client and prevented the debtor’s CEO from having secondary liability imposed.
Secondary Liability of RUB 3.5 Billion
Successfully defended six defendants against secondary liability amounting to RUB 3.5 billion. The victory was preceded by the approval of amicable agreements in the bankruptcy proceedings leading to the settlement of a number of disputes over whether transactions of the debtor were invalid, including at the stage where judicial decisions were being reviewed based on newly discovered circumstances.
Secondary Liability of RUB 2 Billion
Safeguarded the CEO of a credit institution against secondary liability exceeding RUB 2 billion. This made it possible to prevent the loss of all his personal assets, to save him from personal bankruptcy, and to restore his business reputation.
