Yulia specialises in civil and procedural law. Yulia has more than nine years of experience as a judge of the Kaluga Region State Commercial Court and more than nine years of experience as an attorney-at-law.

Her main achievements

Yulia defends client in courts in the context of economic disputes connected with the ownership and state registration of rights to real estate, investment and credit relationships, work with contractors and others. The scope of her expertise also includes disputes arising from public relationships – challenging regulatory and non-regulatory acts, decisions and actions of officers of public authorities. She has impressive experience in settling corporate disputes, and successfully defends clients in commercial arbitral proceedings.

An area of particular focus for Yulia is cases associated with bankruptcy.

She has significant experience in providing advice and assessing managerial risks, and in concluding transactions to which bankruptcy legislation has application.

Yulia is a professional mediator and she has track record of mediation at both at both pre-trial and trial stages.

Yulia graduated with honours from the law faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.  She has authored numerous publications regarding the application of civil and procedural law, and insolvency (bankruptcy) legislation.
