Pepeliaev Group advises of measures taken in connection with prices growing for certain categories of goods.

On 24 April 2020 the Russian Government adopted Resolution No. 570 which seriously amends Resolution No. 409 dated 2 April “On measures for ensuring the stable development of the economy” and not only to increase support measures. 

The Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (“SCC”) has announced the possibility of using its service for the online administration of arbitration proceedings (the SCC Platform) in ad hoc arbitration. The service will be available for any ad hoc arbitration.


Pepeliaev Group advises on the rules for identifying entities with respect to which the moratorium on bankruptcy was enacted in the light of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, and concerning certain types of transactions which such organisations have no right to enter into while the moratorium is in force.

Pepeliaev Group advises that a number of provisions of the Russian Code of Administrative Offences have been recognised as non-constitutional that prevent the decreasing below the minimum level of fines issued in accordance with the laws of constituent entities of the Russian Federation on administrative offences (Resolution No. 15-P of the Russian Constitutional Court dated 7 April 2020).

Pepeliaev Group advises that, against the backdrop of the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, the Russian Government has established in 2020 new features of licensing, accreditation, evaluation and other procedures related to a company’s activities that require a permit.
