Pepeliaev Group advises
that, on 22 March 2022, the State Duma (the lower house of Russia’s parliament)
passed the law containing a package of tax measures to support business.

This decision denied protection of an exclusive right of a foreign entity due to its originating from a country that was included in the list of ‘hostile countries’.
