Bankruptcy and Anti-Сrisis Protection of Business

Pepeliaev Group has significantly climbed up the IFLR 1000 independent international ratings. We have made positive strides forward in a number of practice areas as compared with the last year. 

The Russia listing of the leading international legal rating Best Lawyers™ 2019 contained 14 lawyers from Pepeliaev Group, including two first-timers: PG Partner Yulia Litovtseva has gained recognition in the bankruptcy category and Head of the Tax Practice Group Ksenia Litvinova has been nominated for tax law.

Pepeliaev Group has made striking progress in the Chambers Europe 2018 rankings. In Restructuring/Insolvency: Litigation Pepeliaev Group has risen to Band 3 skipping one band as compared with the last year’s results. In addition, Yulia Litovtseva, Partner and Head of the Bankruptcy and Anti-Crisis Protection of Business Practice, has shown an improvement of her own, rising to Band 4 in individual rankings. 

At the recent ordinary meeting of Pepeliaev Group's partners, two newcomers were elected to the ranks of the partnership. Making the step up are Yulia Litovtseva, the Head of Bankruptcy and Anti-Crisis Protection of Business Practice, and Sergey Klimenko, the Head of Commercial Practice/Healthcare. 

Pepeliaev Group’s experts participated in the conference “No more nominees” held by RBC on 9 November in Moscow. 

The IFLR 1000 independent international rating is fulsome in its assessment of the results of Pepeliaev Group’s work, and this is reflected in the new rankings. 

IFLR1000 Financial and Corporate 2016 ranked Yulia Litovtseva, Head of Bankruptcy and Anti-Crisis Protection of Business Practice, Pepeliaev Group, as a top-tier lawyer in the area of restructuring and bankruptcy. 

The international legal directory The Legal 500 has again recognised the professional pre-eminence of Pepeliaev Group among Russian legal practices.
