Sergey Taut, expert at Pepeliaev Group, has participated in a session of the Expert Panel with Boris Titov, the Russian President's Ombudsman for Entrepreneurs' Rights. The session was held on 17 August at the World Trade Center and was dedicated to the amendments, both implemented and prospective, to criminal and criminal procedure legislation for the purposes of the subsequent decriminalisation of economic relations.

Pepeliaev Group’s lawyers provide legal services to the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME) as well as to a number of Chinese producers and exporters of aluminium alloy wheels within the framework of an anti-dumping investigation. The project is being implemented in cooperation with the law firm Zhong Lun Law Firm, Beijing, China. 

On 27 June the International Trade Centre hosted a session of the Expert Panel with the Russian President's Ombudsman for Entrepreneurs' Rights. During this session its participants discussed an initiative of the Russian Supreme Court to introduce the institution of a "misdemeanour offence".
