What she specialises in

Anna has over 18 years of experience in providing legal support with respect to the broadest range of employment law issues.

She represents clients in court when employment disputes are considered, as well as before the State Labour Inspectorate and the public prosecutor’s office. Anna provides legal support when employees are dismissed, including in a case of their misconduct. She advises on how a company’s staff structure can be enhanced and on the matters relating to lay-offs, including those of a large-scale nature. Moreover, Anna advises on matters of providing guarantees and compensations (incentive programmes, additional guarantees and more), on how to interact with trade unions and on other employment law issues.

Anna also assists clients in preparing HR documents, including employment agreements, policies and the like.

She was noted in 2020 and 2023 in the individual rating of Pravo-300 in the category “Employment and migration law” and in 2023 in the top group of the category “Employment law” of the individual rating of Rossiyskaya Gazeta.

  • successfully representing a large Russian investment company in a labour dispute with an employee;
  • handling hostile dismissals (including those of union leaders);
  • supporting initiatives undertaken by clients' HR departments (transfers, introduction of remote work, etc.).
