The international publishing house Law Business Research Ltd (London) invited lawyers from Pepeliaev Group to contribute as experts to The Intellectual Property Review (Second Edition), 2013. Valentina Orlova, head of IP and Trademark Practice at Pepeliaev Group, and Yuri Yahin, Senior Associate, have prepared a review of the recent trends in legislation and of administrative and judicial decisions regarding IP and trademark protection.
